Invited Papers

Deadline:  Monday, August 21
(Please read  the  highlighted section below)

This year we will allow people who are doing invited presentations (talk, targeted poster or workshop) two options to present their invited work:

1) in an invited section as in the past years OR

2) as a contributed paper in the peer-reviewed section

Thus, the only time a person is allowed to be the first author on two peer-reviewed papers is if one was for a contributed session and the other for an invited session.

People should note that the deadline for contributed papers is earlier so if they plan to submit their invited session presentation as a contributed peer-reviewed paper, they have to submit it by July 7 not August 21.
